Rule change for 2009: Only official BSA wheels that come with your kit (no speed kit wheels) are allowed on pinewood derby cars. Other detailing items from craft store kits may be used but not the wheels.

District Pinewood Derby at the New River Valley Mall on March 13th
Starting at 9am at the JCPenny-Pretzel entrance.  There is a cost to enter.  Trophies will be given out for Best in Show for Tiger Wolves Bears and WEBELOS, and also for Best in Show for each of these categories as well.  In the past, you could only race or be judged - not both.  A flyer with rank race/judge times is available HERE.
