Go to www.TrailsEnd.com and click on "Scouts" to then "Create an Account" and sign-in for an early peek of the popcorn products and prizes available!  There are resources to help you to contact your customers, track your sales and tell everyone about the benefits of Scouting!

Order forms will arrive in current-roster Scouts mailboxes while extra will be available at Pack/Den meetings or from any Leaders!  Reminder:  Money is collected at the time of the order and payable to "Pack 145" or "BSA" .  Need receipts?  Click on these links to print as many as you need!

09/07/11       Pack orders Show-and-Sell products                                              ALL DONE!!

09/20/11       FIRST Pack Meeting & Popcorn Pep Rally  7:00 PM

09/23/10       Official Start of the Poporn Sale

09/22/11       Pack picks up Show-and-Sell orders

09/22-23/11  Show & Deliver products can be signed-out

09/24/11       Show-and-Sell at Warm Hearth Village Founders Festival 10 AM - 2PM

09/25/11       Show-and-Sell at St. Paul UMC 8:00 AM - 12 Noon

09/25/11       Show-and-Sell at Fieldstone UMC 10:00 AM- 12 Noon

10/01/11       Red Wagon Popcorn Sale at VT Parking Lots

10/21/11       Show & Deliver leftover products and ALL MONIES must be returned

10/25/11       Turn in Take Order forms and any monies at Activity Building 

11/02/11       Last chance to turn in Take Order form and all monies by APPOINTMENT

                    or between 7:00-7:30 PM that Wednesday in the Activity Building

11/04/11       If not selling popcorn, then payment of  dues are expected.

11/04/11       POPCORN SALE OFFICIALLY ENDS

11/04/11       Pack 145 Sales and Prizes must be entered to Council by 5:00 PM

11/17/11       POPCORN TAKE-ORDER Pick-up at Volvo

 11/18/11       Early pick up of any Take Order Products by appointment on Friday

11/19/11      Saturday Pick-up  

12/01/11      Outstanding balances due or Pack will be penalized by council.

12/09/11      Popcorn Patches and Prizes to be distributed

 
Benefits

1) All Cub Scouts participating in the Popcorn sale will receive a patch and opportunity to earn gift card prizes from Trails-End Popcorn. 

2) For selling over $150.00 (minumum Pack Goal) in popcorn...Scouts can earn a new pack t-shirt!

3) Trails-End offers gift card prizes for sales over $250.00.

4) Once each Scout sells product or collects donations over $200.00, he receives free dues and then a deposit of  70% of additional sales and donations into an individual account to help pay for his scout activities.

3) Special Council prizes are offered for top sellers.

4) For those families unable to help with any portion of the popcorn fundraiser, dues of  $60.00 are needed by 11/01/11  Financial assistance is available upon request from the Cubmaster.
